What are you doing to keep your children and family from getting the flu?

Washing our hands religiously and reminding the children not to touch their eyes noses and mouths with their hands.

I make sure they take their vitamins, eat healthy meals, keep their hands clean as much as possible, cover their coughs, ..things of that nature.

Washing of the hands mostly, avoiding people who are sick and increasing our use of vitamin C supplements.

WE ARE WASHING OUR HANDS. WE TAKE CODLIVER OIL EVERYDAY. WE TRY TO EAT RIGHT.

I’m not doing anything differently. Prior to this outbreak, my family and I wash our hands frequently (as soon as we enter the house. after we shake another person’s hand, etc.). I have made a point to have had sanitizer and antibacterial wipes in my car and on my person and on my desk at work.

washing hands, teaching my daughter how to prevent the spread of the germs. how to sneeze.

You can’t prevent a person from getting the flu. However,we are washing our hands,staying home if sick, and cleaning the house.

I have supply my children with hand sanitizer for there school bag and engage them to eat more food with immune boosting properties as well wash there hands and often has possible.

We are washing our hands more frequently. Using antibacterial wipes to keep door knobs and handles clean. Using and disposing of used tissues right away.
