Have you recieved any informtaion on how to prevent the flu? What was the source of the information ? Where did you get the information from?

    Yes. I received this information from my mother and my child’s school. I believe they got the information from the CDC

    The CDC provided information about hand washing using hand sanitizer, covering your cough, etc.

    I received the information via the CDC and various comments regarding the proper hand washing technique, and sneezing or coughing in the bend of your arm.

    I received information on prevention from both my employer, and my son’s school. Mainly they discussed how to cough and sneeze into your arm, and also about washing your hands with warm soap and water.

    Yes I have recieved information on how to prevent the flu. My job drafted a protocol and it was circulated to all employees. The CDC website was utilized in drafting the H1N1 staff protocol.

    I recieved information from work. they would sent out mass e-mails from work. recieved inofrmation from my child’s school .

    I have receive information from pamphlet from my children school, media bulletin and my Job.

    Yes, I received preventive information from my physician, my daughter’s physician and her. The source was the PA Dept of Health.
